Brief Introduction:

Technical Features:
1. Electric lubricating oil pump:Supplying oil to the four shaft-end respectively with four pump cores,without by-pass valve,to avoid blocking of by-pass valve,decreasing maintenance and service.
2. Shaft-end seal: Original-imported parts installation, include wear-resisting rubbers, labyrinth seal, floating seal and lubricating oil seal, to avoid cement and slurry closed to shaft-head;
3. Gear box: Adopt Italy gear box, long service life,lower noise, no oil leakage.
4. Discharging system: Hydraulic discharging system, strong drive force, reliable discharging, can open discharging gate at any angle with manual discharging function; The discharging door adopts detachable structure, convenient for maintenance.
Working Principle:
- Concrete mixer is made of mixing drum, loading material device, unloading material device, water supply system, power supply device, transmission device, mechanical frame and supporting device.
- Concrete mixer makes the various of material mixing equally in macroscopically and microcosmicly, break the reunion phenomenon of cement powder, promote dispersion of behavior.
